Şafak is the founding partner and board member of KEY, which was established in 2016 to provide services on independent audit, corporate finance and specialized consultancy. He graduated from Marmara University, Department of Business Administration in 2001. He worked at global independent auditing companies between the years of 2001-2016. He took an active role in independent auditing works of public companies. He has been involved in independent auditing of companies operating in the production, trade and service sectors for more than 18 years, and also conducts valuation and financial due diligence studies.
